Poet Lore

It's here! The Spring/Summer 2007 issue of Poet Lore, which includes my poem The China Has Not Been Washed, as well as wonderful work by Theresa Boyar (The House at Coast Meridian, 30 Years Later) and Nathan McClain (No, I don't love you). If you get a chance, I hope you'll check it out!

thanks so much for the mention, Sharon! Nathan's poem made me laugh. And yours ~ oof! I think we must have gone to the same estate sale.

what I meant of course was "Nathan's poem made me laugh in a GOOD way." I just realized that comment could have been misinterpreted (sorry).
slinking away now . . . .

Theresa, no need to slink away. I knew what you meant. In fact, Nathan's poem is a riot. I'd be worried about anyone who read it and didn't laugh. I loved yours - so graceful and eloquent.

Thanks Arlene! Hmmm, I have a couple of quotes in mind already. I'm on it...

Michi, Thanks! The only thing better than being in Poet Lore is being in it with fellow poets like Nathan and Theresa. I love that we're all in the same issue.
