He did it! Dennis made the 100 mile ride in 8 hours (just under 7 hours of actual riding time), which is 2 hours less than last year. Thanks to everyone who sent support and good wishes.

Yay for Dennis! I can't imagine any bike seat being OK after about 20 miles, let alone 100...! When is he going to bike to the other coast? That would be a cool sabbatical activity this year :-)
Harriet, I can't even sit on a bike for five minutes, let alone an entire day. I don't know how he does it. Let's not give him any ideas about longer rides...
