I've Had It

...with lit mags that vanish into thin air and never let anyone know, especially submitters

...with kidney stones

... with the incessant sound of leaf-blowers moving stuff from one place to another without cleaning anything up

... with the neighborhood cat that keeps trying to catch birds at my feeder

... with my current knitting project (but I'll finish it anyway, and then post photos)

... with the rain

... with phone calls from politicians

... with this funk I've been in

What are you fed up with?

I am fed up with waiting!
Utterly fed up with subbing work (observing no sim subs rules) and then waiting and waiting and waiting for someone to get back to me. I am offering them my writing, often for free, and you know what, yeah, I'm fed up!

;)

Hope you get less fed up asap!

With myself, my lack of discipline.

With McCain, who is McSame.

With our government killing people and spending a lot of money to do it.

With not much else...it's summer, and I'm happy.

I hate leaf blowers too - they should be outlawed.

I'm fed up with my hubbie's inconsistent work schedule - we will have daycare to schedule soon....this is not going to work for me.

I'm fed up with working for someone else.

Sara, I totally hear you. I have a couple of things that have been out on submission for a year and a half. That's really unconscionable, in my opinion.

Kate - I think my own personal funk is at least partly stemming from a lack of discipline, so I can definitely relate to that. McCain is too frightening to even think about, and I hate feeling so utterly helpless about what our government is doing. When summer arrives here, I'll be ready for a new attitude.

Heather, that kind of unpredictable schedule is the pits. I hope he can work out something more regular soon.
